Trial: Annual
Year Trialed: 2004 Year of Trial: First (from 2004 report)
Good Qualities
Great color (2); Beefy stem, good height, similar color and quality as Monaco Violet.Problems
We got these very late in very hot weather and stem length was a consistent problem, all bloomed about the same time - early, these need to be planted quite a bit closer together than our equipment allows; Not quite as prolific as other snapdragons in this trial, plants slightly smaller, less prolific.Trial Data

¹1 to 5 scale, with 5 being the best. Market ratings are based on sales to wholesalers, retailers, or final consumers direct.
²Ratings for this species should be viewed with caution as only one to three participants had enough information to provide ratings.
Comments
Similar to Monaco Violet; I did not see any characteristics of any of these that would make them superior to the Potomac series.
