Good Qualities

Excellent germination of seed (2); Plants good and healthy.

Problems

Slow grower (2); Difficult to germinate (2); Too small this year to transplant out; Minimal first year production; Flower not especially showy under our conditions.

Comments

We will have to wait until next year to see what we can cut off it (2); Flowered late for us (September), and was short, will over-winter to evaluate second year performance; I had trouble with tip of flower spike drooping; The only way I would try again would be to buy in plugs & probably plant in the fall; We will be very optimistic and hope this over-winters here and will report next year.
