This is a strange cultivar with regards to post harvest, if we don't cut it and put it in HOT water with floral preservative, it will wilt, but when it wilts, we re-cut it and put it in HOT water with preservative and put it directly in the cooler and it will perk up, it did the same for one of my customers - my other kale varieties do not do this and I'm reluctant to grow this one again if it is going to continue to go down so easily.Trial Data

If the postharvest issue can be solved and it won't go down for my customers, I would absolutely grow this one again, it is beautiful, greenhouse grown.
