Comments
Year 1
Similar to other blue veronicas and to Veronica ‘Sunny Border Blue’; Hopefully this will lengthen out for us next year. Seems to be good product. We had a very hot dry summer and irrigated regularly but still very short. My veronica is always short; Slow grower. Still picking September 30; Florist really like this one; Expect they will do very well in 1999.
Year 2
Last well in a vase if cut at the right time and kept cool. One of my favorite spike flowers and one of my favorites for color. Keeps blooming for a long time as well; I worked with only 1 plant but I think it is good; Best blue veronica for cutting on open market today. Taller than ‘Sunny Border Blue’; Really nice flower form, I think it would be worth the effort to try and get longer stems; Did not grow very well in 1999. This was a better plant in 1998.
