Good Qualities
Color (3); No Xanthomonas. Very good, sturdy plant for a yellow. Have not had good luck with layer Dahlia Flowered Yellows. Good uniformity of size and color.; Highest number of flowers per plant of all varieties tested. Strong habit. Fair vase life with supplemental flower food.
Problems
Small flowers (3); I hated the color and so did my florists–Taxi-cab yellow.; Mildew – anthracnose.; A little weak (stems) early in season. Improved in August.; Short stems, disease resistance low, no marketable flowers.; Fungal pathogens and thrips in the greenhouse.

Some feel this color is in abundance at this time of year, if its use as a dried was more practical it may have more appeal.
